Coco-Ivy’s New Autumn Season Outfits

I love kid’s fashion and I adore shopping for Coco-Ivy who is Two years old and Cuba who is six years old. They’re at that super cute age and both look adorable in what I like to call, AGE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING.

Kids grow up so fast and before you know it they’re at an age when parents are the last people on earth who they want to take fashion advice from. To avoid breaking they’re spirit in finding themselves, we parents often find ourselves having to take giant steps back and allow them some freedom to discover their own style.

So now it’s time to shop for the new autumn season. I have started to put Coco-Ivy’s new wardrobe together. I had a look at next online and ordered a couple of lovely outfits. I have always found next children’s clothing to fit well, wash well and stay in good condition to last a full season.

As soon as I saw this green and blue chiffon ditsy flowered design blouse, I knew it would be one of those items that would Coco-Ivy would get good wear out of. It can be worn with skirts, shorts and tights and also looks great with jeans and trousers.  It is light and super soft with elasticated cuffs, which I have found very practical for when she needs to roll her sleeves up to play or wash her hands. It has a pretty frilly collar and button detail on the back.

Here I have teamed the blouse with a lovely navy blue cord A-line skirt. Corduroy is everywhere at the moment and I find it is a good alternative to denim. It has an adjustable waist and pockets at the front and back. It looks lovely with these oatmeal cable design tights and gorgeous berry coloured patent brogue ankle boots. I had a root through Coco’s clothes that I kept from last year and found this cream woolly waistcoat by Angel & Rocket, which still fits, Yeah!!

Do you like Coco’s outfit?

I would love some feedback.

Lot’s of love xx
