What we think about the book?
I love this super cute and beautifully illustrated book so much. It is such a lovely read to enjoy with children and hedgehog lovers of all ages. The book promotes children’s knowledge whilst encouraging them to think and learn about these fascinating and lovable creatures. There are comprehension questions set at the bottom of each page, great for encouraging conversation with the kids. Overall, an interesting family read that also encourages all children in developing good reading habits.
This lovely book was a hit with my 9 year old son Cuba, his thoughts are: “I really like this book as it makes you think about how to be kind to your friends. Especially to others whom may have differences and challenges different to you. The questions at the bottom of the page are good because it helps you to think about your feelings. I also think this book is perfect for any animal lover.”
